I’m Jason Thompson, the founder of Jinsei Books, a husband, father, and author fueled by a vision far bigger than just publishing. This isn’t just a bookstore. A Legacy Worth Sharing
In Korean, Jinsei (인생) means “life.” It’s a simple word with profound meaning. To me, life isn’t just about surviving—it’s about evolving. Becoming. Passing down wisdom, not just wealth. That’s what Jinsei Books is all about: stories that speak to the soul and challenge the status quo, especially when it comes to manhood, relationships, and emotional growth.
The first book in this journey, Manhood Redefined: Leading with Love, Healing with Purpose, isn’t just for men. It’s for anyone who believes masculinity can be emotionally intelligent, spiritually grounded, and relationally present. It's a love letter to the next generation, written in the ink of lived experience.
The Heart Behind the Pages
My own story is stitched with struggle, resilience, and redemption. I grew up in small-town Kentucky, the child of a Korean mother and a hardworking, traditional father. I faced trauma, loss, and silence—and eventually, I faced myself. Every chapter I’ve written is meant to offer what I wish I had earlier in life: a roadmap for inner strength that doesn’t sacrifice softness, leadership that listens, and manhood that heals rather than hides.
